We are looking for an experienced remote salesperson for our marketing agency; not only join our sales department but to have a dramatic impact on the growth of our company. We are an established online advertising agency that focuses on brand development and high-volume advertising campaigns.

 

You will act as a liaison between our company and our clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and presenting our company in the best light.

 

You should showcase excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should also act proactively to address clients' needs and facilitate the sale process from the beginning to the end.

 

Initially, you will be responsible for generating interest in our services and setting appointments. Once you've garnered enough experience with our company and service offerings, the goal will be to graduate to a full Business Development Manager.

 

You should contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at a high standard.

 

This position is for a highly motivated (hungry) individual who wants to excel every day. The more you put into this position, the more you will get.

 

Compensation:

 

100% Commission position with high-income potential($50K-$75K+/year) for a high-energy, self-motivated sales professional.

Digital Marketing services experience preferred.

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Outbound calling of warm leads
  • Lead management
  • Manage key accounts
  • Act as the point of contact for clients
  • Organize regular client meetings to discuss their requirements
  • Resolve problems and handle complaints promptly
  • Identify new potential customers
  • Ensure sales goals and time requirements are met
  • Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches
  • Establish best practices
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Suggest innovative ideas to increase sales and improve the customer experience

 

Requirements

 

  • Experience with tech & marketing online.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales account executive
  • Extremely comfortable on the telephone
  • Has experience getting past "gatekeepers."
  • Hands-on experience with customer service
  • An ability to grasp clients needs and to increase customer engagement
  • Solid knowledge of CRM software and Google Docs
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills
  • BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field can be helpful, but not required.
